Three 100 g kitchen powders in one order: a moringa pouch, a seedless amla pouch, and organic spinach in a jar. Spinach goes in roti and dal, amla in chaas, and moringa stirs into a drink.
This order holds three separate 100 g powders. Moringa comes in a pouch. Seedless amla comes in a pouch. Organic spinach comes in a jar.
Moringa is drumstick leaf, also called sahjan. Seedless amla is Indian gooseberry, also called amalaki, with the seed removed so the powder is smooth. Organic spinach is dried palak leaf.
Use each powder on its own. Stir moringa into water, buttermilk, or a smoothie. Stir amla into chaas (buttermilk) or raita. Add spinach to roti or paratha dough, or sprinkle it into dal and simmer briefly so the powder softens.
Dried leaf tastes earthy or leafy. Mix well so you do not get dry specks.
Each powder is one ingredient, with no added colours, flavours, or preservatives. The batch number and FSSAI details are printed on the pouch or the jar. We ship the set across India.
