Cancellation & Refund

Our policy on order cancellations, returns, and refunds — written simply and honestly, because that is how we do things at Shuddha Sattva.

Shuddha Sattva sells herbal food powders (Moringa, Amla, ABC blend, and more). Because our products are consumables, we are unable to accept returns once a pack has been opened, for hygiene and food-safety reasons. However, we will always make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. You can contact us at any time at contactus@shuddhasattva.com or WhatsApp (+91 98202 27510).

1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our end. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation before dispatch

  • Request cancellation within 6 hours via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
  • A payment processing fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund to cover gateway charges (Razorpay / bank fees) incurred on the original transaction.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch: no charge applies.

Cancellation after dispatch

  • We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched with the courier.
  • If you wish to refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, both the forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • For prepaid orders refused at delivery, the net refund (order value minus forward + return shipping) will be processed within 7–10 business days of the package returning to us.

2 Returns & Replacements

Because our products are herbal food powders, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The outer packaging or seal is visibly damaged or tampered upon delivery.
  • The product is physically defective (e.g. foreign matter, off odour, incorrect product).
  • You received the wrong item (product or variant does not match your order).
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any of the above issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Accepted return / replacement requests will be resolved via a free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion and subject to stock availability. Return shipping (if required) will be arranged and covered by Shuddha Sattva.

3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your parcel upon delivery before signing any courier acknowledgement.
  • If the outer carton or product seal is damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us at contactus@shuddhasattva.com or WhatsApp +91 98202 27510 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share: your order number, a photograph of the damaged item/packaging, and your contact number.
  • We will evaluate the issue and respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution.

4 Refunds

Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products confirmed by Shuddha Sattva within 4 working days of delivery.
  • Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are processed as described in Section 1.
  • Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or discount campaign are not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective.
  • Opened and used products are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, or bank transfer for COD).
  • Refund credit typically appears within 5–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated from our end.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of confirmation, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

5 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned without prior approval from Shuddha Sattva.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery (e.g. moisture, sunlight exposure).
  • Items purchased on sale or under a promotional discount (unless defective).
  • Orders where the damage claim was raised after 48 hours of delivery without valid reason.

6 WhatsApp Orders

For orders placed directly via WhatsApp (+91 98202 27510), the same cancellation, return, and refund terms apply as above.

  • Cancellation requests must be raised via WhatsApp before dispatch confirmation is shared.
  • Refunds for UPI/bank transfer payments will be processed back to the same account within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Please retain your UPI transaction reference for faster refund processing.
