1 Acceptance of Terms

• By browsing, registering, or placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of Shuddha Sattva.
• We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

2 Use of This Website

“Content” refers to all materials on the Site, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, brand marks, audio, video, pricing, and other information provided by or on behalf of Shuddha Sattva.

• You may use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Copying, downloading, reproducing, modifying, publishing, distributing, transmitting, or creating derivative works from any Content — without the prior written consent of Shuddha Sattva — is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or crawler to access or index any part of the Site without our written permission.
• You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law, or that harms or could harm Shuddha Sattva, its customers, or any third party.

3 Intellectual Property

• All Content on the Site — including the Shuddha Sattva name, logo, product imagery, brand copy, and design — is subject to trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property rights held by Shuddha Sattva or ABHY Global, or licensed to us by third parties.
• No right, title, or interest in any Content is transferred to you by virtue of accessing or downloading material from this Site.
• Shuddha Sattva reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you submit to us may be used by Shuddha Sattva without restriction or compensation to you.

4 Products & Orders

• Shuddha Sattva sells herbal food powders (Moringa, Amla, ABC blend, and more) manufactured and labelled in compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations.
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour or appearance due to screen calibration or batch differences do not constitute defects.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in the case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
• An order confirmation sent to your registered email or WhatsApp constitutes acknowledgement — not a guarantee of dispatch. Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Shuddha Sattva is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5 Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honoured.
• Secure online payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking). Shuddha Sattva does not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select serviceable pincodes. An additional COD handling charge applies and is shown at checkout.
• WhatsApp orders (Phase 1) accept payment via UPI or bank transfer before dispatch. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
• A payment processing fee may be deducted from refunds where the original transaction was prepaid, to cover gateway charges. Details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery timeframes, free shipping thresholds, and COD availability are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• Shuddha Sattva ships pan-India and to select international destinations as a merchant exporter.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates; we are not liable for courier-caused delays beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier to the address provided.

7 Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• Because our products are consumable herbal food powders, returns of opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
• Refunds for eligible claims are processed to the original payment method within 5–15 working days.

8 User Accounts & Privacy

A full description of how we collect, use, share, retain and protect your personal data — along with your rights as a Data Principal — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The points below are a short summary.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contactus@shuddhasattva.com.
• Shuddha Sattva collects and processes personal data (name, email, phone, delivery address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and communicating with you about your account.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier partner) or as required by law.
• By registering or placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional communications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding your order status.

9 Communications

• Shuddha Sattva may send transactional messages (order confirmation, dispatch notifications, delivery updates) via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to your registered contact details.
• By placing an order, you consent to receiving such transactional communications. These are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.
• Promotional communications (if any) will be sent separately and will include an opt-out mechanism.

10 Links to Third-Party Sites

• This Site may contain links to websites owned or operated by third parties (e.g. payment gateways, courier tracking portals).
• Such links are provided for convenience only. Shuddha Sattva does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
• We reserve the right to remove any third-party link at any time. The presence of a link does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship of that site.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Shuddha Sattva products are herbal food powders and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shuddha Sattva and ABHY Global disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuddha Sattva and ABHY Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
• This limitation does not apply to claims arising from our fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any dispute arising from the use of this Site or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• Shuddha Sattva reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
• Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
