Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your Shuddha Sattva order — within India and beyond.

The shipping of orders is processed within 48 hours of placement. Orders typically reach customers within 3–5 business days, depending on the logistics partner and delivery location. We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹ 499, which is notified from time to time. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at additional charges; these charges go to the logistics partner for COD processing.

1 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • For orders placed after 6:00 PM IST, processing begins the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

2 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Mumbai (local): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Maharashtra (within state): 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote / hilly / island areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, local holidays, or courier-side delays. Shuddha Sattva is not liable for courier-caused delays beyond our control.

3 Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Orders above ₹ 499: FREE shipping (prepaid online orders).
  • Orders below ₹ 499: Flat shipping charge as applicable at checkout.
  • The free shipping threshold may be revised from time to time; the threshold applicable at the time of order placement will be honoured.

4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select serviceable pincodes only.
  • An additional COD handling charge (as shown at checkout) is payable to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
  • Free shipping does not apply to COD orders; standard COD charges will be shown at checkout.
  • COD availability is subject to change at any time based on courier partner coverage.

5 Online Payments & Prepaid Orders

  • Secure online payment is available via UPI, debit/credit card, and netbanking (powered by Razorpay).
  • Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation.
  • In the event of a failed payment where the amount is debited, please contact us immediately at contactus@shuddhasattva.com with your transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6 Serviceable Areas

  • India: We ship pan-India to all serviceable pincodes.
  • International: International shipping is available for select destinations as a merchant exporter. Please contact us for international order enquiries.
  • Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout via the pincode check. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before completing the order.

7 WhatsApp Orders

For orders placed directly via WhatsApp (+91 98202 27510):

  • Share your full delivery address and PIN code over WhatsApp.
  • We will confirm product availability and estimated delivery date via WhatsApp.
  • Payment is accepted via UPI or bank transfer before dispatch. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
  • A delivery confirmation message will be shared via WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

8 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A courier tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
  • A direct tracking link for self-tracking via the courier's website.

9 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your full address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply before the order is resent.

10 Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

In the case of a confirmed lost shipment, we will reship or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

11 Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and initiate a full refund.
