How to use

  1. Moringa Powder
  2. Mix ¼ to ½ tsp (approx. 1–2 g) into a glass of warm water or juice
  3. Stir well and consume — morning on an empty stomach works well for most people
  4. Can also be added to smoothies, curd, soups, or roti dough in the same quantity
  5. Amla Powder
  6. Mix ½ tsp (approx. 2 g) into warm water with honey and a squeeze of lemon
  7. Or stir into thick curd and consume as a light snack
  8. Both: store in a cool, dry place; reseal the pack after each use. Use dry hands/spoon during use. keep away from sunlight.
